Having worked as a Human Resources professional for nearly two decades across different industries and interacting with multiple business stakeholders, I identified that employee background verification has always been a critical challenge. This step is critical in the employee onboarding process and it consumes valuable time, cost & effort for the hiring and onboarding teams.

Arriving at the status of Green or Amber or Red is full of obstacles for a potential candidate and there are no certainties on the assumed informations' credibility. This conundrum pushed me to find a tangible solution for the industry at large to benefit the industry at large.
